Although this space is the minimum parking area according to the description, and we accept it when we look at the blueprint, the problem is that most of the blueprints do not include reinforcing areas with the neighbor, because not every property needs reinforcing, which means that if your neighbor built his house before yours and has a basement on the whole area of his property, you will not need any reinforcement. But if a reinforcement is installed, it will cost you at least 40 cm, and when you finish building, you will find that the width of the entrance has become 2.5 meters instead of three meters. If you calculate the finishing from the area above the concrete, it will cost you a loss of 2.5 cm on each side as well. This means that your entrance has become 2.45 meters wide, whereas the car's width is about two meters, so the possibility of the car rubbing on the wall is high. If the ramp has a round design at its intersection with the basement floor, the car will not be able to enter the parking lot. What makes the parking entrance worse is that many of the blueprints do not reflect the actual size of the columns. At implementation, you will find that the column is blocking the entrance or that it hinders the car's movement, which is a great tragedy.

There is another problem that many people fall into, which is the ramp’s slope. It must be proportional, or the bottom of your car will rub the ground. There are some engineers who may try to convince you that the ramp can start from the end of the pavement, which is where your car will rub the ground.
